As an educator I am laying down the foundation for lifelong learning. That it is my duty to have a shared understanding of my students and their needs, to nurture them, commit to them, and remain patient with them.
In order to successfully fulfill my obligation, I know that I must be patient, flexible, dedicated, organized and most importantly POSITIVE.
By collaborating with the community and the school I intend to encourage the students to work as a team in order to achieve their goals. My personal beliefs and feelings are the cornerstone of my philosophy. I believe every student deserves a dynamic educator who is highly trained, motivated and comprehends the significance we play in every child’s life. I am an advocate for children and their right to have a world-class education. When students are put in a stimulating culture and learning climate, with high expectations, and a nurturing educator, they will excel.
